Celeb chef Andrew Rudd has created five easy snacks to turn your tube of Pringles into a tray of tasty party treats.
To celebrate St Patrick’s Day this year, and in the ‘Bring the Pringles Party Home’ spirit, Pringles has invited TV chef Andrew Rudd to create five simple but yummy snacks based on a sharing tube of Pringles. Just choose your family’s favourite flavour and off you go…
1. Cheesy Pringle Heaven Cut a Pringle-sized slice of goat’s cheese and place on each Pringle. Drizzle a ½ tsp of pesto onto the cheese and place into a pre-heated oven at about 160C for five minutes or so. Serve warm on a platter and garnish with chopped basil.
2. The Salmon of Knowledge! Season salmon darnes with salt and pepper. Dust with seasoned flour and nutmeg. Heat 50g butter in frying pan. Cook the salmon until still a little pink in the centre. Serve on a bed of mashed potatoes with a drizzle of pesto.
3. The Pringle Sausage Sizzler Take a sausage while still warm and slice into segments of 5mm thickness approx. Place a level tsp of mustard into the centre of the Pringle and place a sausage segment atop. Garnish with the thyme and serve warm.
4. Oriental Stirfry Beef Chef Andrew serves up a taste of the orient with his stir fried beef- a perfect accompaniment to Sour Cream and Chive Pringles. Watch how he does it by clicking on the video below.

5. Green delight! Place one sliced cucumber in a strainer or colander. Sprinkle with salt to extract the moisture and leave for 30 minutes then, rinse off the salt and pat dry using kitchen paper. Mash 2 cloves of garlic into paste and add 1 tsp rock salt. Mix 300g yogurt, the crushed garlic, 2 tbsp of chopped mint and cucumber in a bowl, then cover and chill. A perfect dip for Sour Cream & Onion Pringles.
6. Avocado Tartine Take two avocados and chop off the flesh. Place in a food processor with 150g of cream cheese, add ½ a lemon rind (i.e. peel the outer skin into shreds) and blend for 30 seconds, add 1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce, add 1 tsp of chives and season with salt and pepper. Process until smooth! Use Fresh basil leaves to garnish and dip Sour Cream & Onion Pringles into the mix for a delicious taste experience your guests will love!
