Help to protect yourself against common pelvic floor disorders such as prolapse and incontinence by performing your pelvic floor exercises 3 - 6 times each day. Practice quick 1 sec maximal squeezes (x10) and holds at half of your maximum strength (x10). Don't do these whilst passing urine as it may cause bladder infections. If you have waterworks problems, visit your GP or Google for a specialist company (e.g. www.tonicity.eu in London) for further advice and treatment.
